Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as an Infection Prevention Officer shall include -
- Ensuring overall neatness and cleanliness of the entire office premises, its surroundings, client care areas and used medical equipment at all times.
- Encouraging a commitment to accommodate clients' special needs such as flexibility on working hours, strict privacy, and confidentiality to support demand for MSION services.
- Ensuring proper management and disposal of both general and medical waste.
- Supporting the clinical team in providing approved services requiring infection prevention.
- Supporting, when necessary, with maintaining medical stock/drug inventory and order register
- Ensuring all clinical instruments are washed, sterilised, and stored properly in an approved manner.
- Ensuring all the clinic beddings, robes, drapes are properly washed and stored
- Running errands, including banking of daily income for the Clinic, when necessary.
- Promoting and maintaining a welcoming, friendly, professional, and efficient atmosphere towards all clients always
- Carrying out any other lawful duties assigned by the Centre Coordinator.
