About MSION

Marie Stopes International Organisation Nigeria (MSION) is a result-oriented social enterprise, which uses design thinking, strategic and innovative management systems, traditional and digital marketing techniques to provide reproductive and family health care services through multiple channels of service delivery and products distribution. MSION’s goal is to meet the needs of underserved Nigerians and significantly improve access to a range of quality reproductive health services. MSION is part of Marie Stopes International’s Global Partnership, which has operational presence in over 37 countries.

We are proud to have a national team of about half-a-million, made up of young, professional, vibrant, creative, innovative, dynamic, and upwardly mobile intrapreneurs with an average age of mid-thirty. We have broad representation across workforce generations, with increasing rate of diversity, equality, and inclusion. The Function

The Functions of the Finance Assistants are listed as below.

1. Follow up on Staff advances to ensure timely retirements.

2. Prepare, and/or verify all payment schedules and travel claims, for accuracy and completeness.

3. WHT/statutory remittances before due date om monthly basis.

4. Receive Inventory into Store, update BIN Cards, and Issue Stock from store to TMs.

5. First level review of Third-Party, Hotels, and Vendors Payments; for completeness and accuracy.

6. Other duties as assigned.

Experience (essential/desirable)

·     One Year Post NYSC experience in Finance related field.
